History of Taimatsu

  • 1966year:Corporation founded on Jan. 1st
  • 1987year:Gouging Carbon launched.
  • 1996year:100 billion carbon rods produced in January.
  • 1998year: LBP (Lithium-ion Battery Pack) Division and production line established. Awarded ISO-14001 Certificate.
  • 2004year:Started Storage Battery Division for domestic market.
  • 2005year:Lithium-ion battery pack packaging, commissioned by Taiwan ODM manufacturers to start production in China.
  • 2008year:Company name changed to PECTW (Panasonic Energy Taiwan Co., Ltd.)
  • 2010year:Paso Battery (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. established in China, and LBP production moved to Paso(Suzhou).
  • 2012year:Wang Family held 100% capital , and the company name changed to Taimatsu Tech. Co., Ltd.
  • 2013year:Acquired 70% of Chongqing Standa shares
  • 2014year:LBP production moved from Paso (Suzhou) to Standard (Chongqing). Owned 100% stocks of Standard (Chongqing) Energy Co., Ltd. in China.
  • 2015year:LBP(Chongqing Standa Energy Co., Ltd.)Produce 1000K packages/month. The slotted carbon automatic copper plating machine began to be introduced. Construction of new slotted carbon refinery plant started
  • 2017year:In order to meet the needs of local battery customers in Taiwan, the Taiwan-made lithium battery pack project was launched.
  • 2020year:The battery plant of No. 21 Gongjian Road was rebuilt to meet the needs of high-current battery customers.

About Gouging Carbon

Regarding the slotted carbon bar, the carbon bar discharge slotting processing method is to generate an arc between the carbon bar and the metal base material (iron, cast steel) under the use of high current, and the metal is melted by the high heat of the arc. At the same time, high-pressure air is ejected from the welding torch along the carbon rod to remove the molten metal, to form grooves in the metal base material, or to cut the metal.

About Li-Ion Packaging Division

Focus on packaging and testing of lithium battery related products to meet customer design and manufacturing requirements.
Assist in the development of 1~4 series-parallel battery packs, and provide high-power battery pack manufacturing services.

Cell sorting

Ensure that the battery pack and the voltage of the battery pack before the process are at a similar level to ensure the performance of the finished product.

Spot welding process

Make sure that the battery cell and each material are correctly joined, and ensure that the pulling force is strong.

Semi-finished product testing

Ensure the normal function of the battery pack and PCBA assembly, and improve the shipment yield.
